Dr. Nilima Kadambi, Managing Director
BRIEF PROFILE:
Dr Nilima Kadambi is a qualified Surgeon who did her MBBS, M.S. Gen Surgery from Pune and M.Ch. Paediatric Surgery from Mumbai and Moscow. She holds additional PG Diplomas in Healthcare Management and Medico-Legal Systems.
A professional with over 30 years of Clinical and Corporate experience, Dr Nilima is the Founder Director of Belle Sante Wellness Institute, Bangalore. She was the Chairperson, Indian Medical Association’s National Committee for Emotional Well-being of Doctors in India for 3 years and is an Honorary Chief Well-being Officer for the NGO; Colours of Life. She received commendation for her work as a Volunteer Doctor for Tele-Health support to Government of Karnataka for Covid Counselling during the Pandemic in 2020-21.
Dr. Nilima was a Vice President at Swiss-Re and served as their Head of Life & Health Claims - Asia. She is an Advisory Board Member for Symbiosis International University, Pune. She was a Consultant Surgeon at CMH, Shri Sathya Sai Hospital and The Bangalore Hospital. Her other interests include Nature walks, Poetry, Spirituality, Dancing, Yoga & Meditation. She can speak fluently in seven languages and is a published Author of the book “My Ajji and I”
Dr Nilima was elected Director of Sushruta Vishranthi Dhama Limited in 2020 and was appointed as the Company’s Managing Director in 2024.
Mr. Devanathan Ravi, Director & CFO
BRIEF PROFILE:
Devanathan Ravi holds a master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. Having worked in the Corporate/Industry till 2008, thereafter, he moved into Business Process Consulting.
During his stint in the industry, he has had exposure to all facets of Pharmaceutical/Fine Chemical business processes covering business development, R&D , technology transfer, Project Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Hygiene, Safety, Human Resources, Supply Chain and these resulted in him assuming the position of Strategic Business Head position.
As an early entrant to then nascent Pharma industry, Ravi pioneered the concept of Multipurpose API plants, Contract research and Manufacturing, Continuous process improvements leading to India being a low cost pharmaceutical manufacturing hub and thus making it a Preferred location for transacting Pharma business. He has worked in Enterprises like CIPLA, SPIC, UB group, Hikal & Reliance wherein he has also contributed to building teams of Pharma professionals.
From 2008 onwards, Ravi is engaged in Advisory assignments through Performance Acceleration Services/ Business Process Consulting services, helping organizations to turnaround, improve their revenues, profitability, compliance and thereby the valuation
Ravi is a proponent of “GREEN MANUFACTURING” and advise, support, mentor and implement initiatives to reduce “Carbon Foot Print”. He represents organisations for Solar Power, Industrial waste water treatment etc.
Mr. Venugopal Shetty, Director & C.P.O.
BRIEF PROFILE:
Mr. Venugopal Shetty, founder principal architect of Architectural Creations International, is 67 years of age and has over 43 years of professional experience as an architect.
He completed his Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1978 and his Masters in Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington, USA in 1982.
Having worked for reputed firms in the US, Mr. Venugopal Shetty provided design for landmark buildings in Dallas and Houston and for the Master Plan of the Art District of the now famous Las Colinas.
He was also instrumental in designing award-winning projects such as the famous Office/Manufacturing facility of the aircraft manufacturing giant McDonnell Douglas Corporation and also headed and designed several large-scale hospitality projects for Marriott, Four Seasons, Sheraton, Ritz Carlton, Holiday Inn etc.
Mr. Venugopal Shetty returned to India and established his practice in Bangalore. He is the founder Principal Architect of Architectural Creations International (ACI), a full-service architectural firm specialising in Building and Interior design services for residential, corporate and institutional projects which include a largescale Hospitality/Mall project in Oman, an Engineering College Campus in Mangalore, OPB Building for St. John’s Hospital in Bangalore.
He is a member of the Indian Institute of Architects and Fellow of the Institute of Valuers. Prior to his appointment as the MD of Suvidha Board, Mr. Venugopal Shetty was the Chairman of the Technical Committee and is currently a member of the Maintenance Committee. He was instrumental in the execution of the renovation of the Banquet Hall in the Clubhouse.
His hobbies include singing , reading, traveling and outdoor activities such as camping and trekking.
Mrs. Usha Kurpad, Director
BRIEF PROFILE:
Educational Qualification: MA, B Ed.
Served as Trained Graduate Teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for 27 years, teaching Social Sciences to High School students. Now retired.
Hobbies and interests include: Travelling and Tourism, Stitch Craft, Music, and Cookery.
Dr. Nalini Giridhar Shenoy, Director
BRIEF PROFILE:
Dr. Nalini Shenoy is a Paediatrician with 40 years of experience in clinical practice. She has done her MBBS, MD (Paediatrics), DCH from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. She is an established practitioner having experience in clinical practice and worked in Nigeria as consultant Paediatrician in Government Service for three and a half years. She has also worked for a year in a private hospital in Kerala. In 1986 she moved to Bangalore and set up her Practice in South Bangalore while also being a visiting consultant at various premier hospitals.
She is well known for her Competence in

Mr. Naraseeyappa. Sreeramaiah, Independent Director
BRIEF PROFILE:
Mr. Naraseeyappa Sreeramaiah, (Education : B.Sc., MBA, CAIIB, EPBM (IIM-C)) is a former career banker with experience of over three and a half decades in India, USA (New York) and Middle East. He started his banking career with SBI as a Probationary Officer in 1979 and progressed to handle increased and complex responsibilities at different stages. His major exposure remained in Credit and Risk Management.
He headed ‘Credit Management Groups’ of two UAE banks. He served as a member / chairman of some key committees and sub-committees related to Credit Risk, IT and HR in UAE banks.
Post his banking career, he shifted to Management Consultancy, serving as an Executive Director with Resurgent India Ltd., between 2016 and 2019, concurrently he served as the CEO of its group entity Resurgent Consulting Group in Dubai.
He has been on the Board of Managers of Aquila Apartment Owners Association, Bangalore (July 2019 to Oct 21), serving as its treasurer. He is a trustee of Gnanasiri Education Society, a rural school near Tumkur dedicated to bringing quality education to rural children.
His hobbies are reading, travel, farming for passion and nature watching.
He is a first timer on the Board of Director of Suvidha, elected in AGM 2021.
Mr. Chandrakant Bhat, Independent Director

Education:
Diploma in Man Made Textile Technology from SASMIRA, Worli, and Bombay.
Advance Diploma in Customs Agency Practice, Sydney Institute of Technology, Petersham campus. Stood first in the State of NSW and recipient of the Butterworths prize 1998. I got a distinction in every subject that included Commercial Law with particular emphasis on Company Law, Accounting, Marketing, Tariff and Valuation etc.
Work Experience:
2 Years with International Conveyors, Aurangabad.
2 Years with Goodyear India, Ballabgarh, Haryana.
2 Years with S&L Rubber Company, Mitchell Street, Alexandria, Sydney.
2 years with Computer Resources Company, Davies Road, Padstow, Sydney.
25 years with Australian Customs and Border Protection.
10 years retired since October 14, 2014.
Apart from the above, Mr. Bhat was Chairperson of the Executive Committee of Harrow Pines, a 220 villa and townhouse Strata Title complex in Glenfield, Sydney for 15 of the 17 years he has resided there between the years 1996 to 2013. This was a complex not unlike SVD Ltd, except that Harrow pines was governed by the Strata titles act.
He was also a Director with Theosophical Society, Kent Street, Sydney for 5 of the 10 years
Out of the 25 years or so Mr. Bhat was with Australian Customs at Sydney Kingston Smith Airport, he was the Harassment contact officer appointed under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
